1. Wie wij zijn
Dancematch helpt dansstudio's met het automatiseren van boekingen en leadopvolging. In dit privacybeleid leggen we uit welke persoonsgegevens we verwerken en waarom.
2. Welke gegevens we verwerken
Via formulieren en de Meeting Planner kunnen we onder andere naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, boekingsgegevens en betalingsstatus verwerken. We gebruiken deze gegevens alleen voor dienstverlening, communicatie en rapportage.
3. Waarom we deze gegevens verwerken
We verwerken persoonsgegevens om proeflessen en inschrijvingen mogelijk te maken, automatische opvolging te versturen en dansstudio's inzicht te geven in conversies en prestaties.
4. Google Analytics 4 en Google Ads
We gebruiken Google Analytics 4 (GA4) om websitegebruik te analyseren en Google Ads om campagnes te meten en te optimaliseren. Deze tools kunnen cookies en vergelijkbare technieken gebruiken om interacties op de website te meten.
5. Bewaartermijnen en beveiliging
We bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan nodig voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn verzameld, tenzij een wettelijke verplichting anders voorschrijft. We nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om data te beveiligen.
6. Jouw rechten
Je kunt een verzoek doen tot inzage, correctie of verwijdering van persoonsgegevens. Ook kun je bezwaar maken tegen verwerking of vragen om beperking daarvan.
7. Turnstile Privacy Addendum

7.1 Introductie
Turnstile, developed by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare), is a pro-privacy website security tool that processes minimal Signals (as defined below) solely to protect web properties against malicious activity by distinguishing human users from bots and blocking bot traffic.
Cloudflare does not control whether a website chooses to use Turnstile; instead, Turnstile is made available to any website looking for a way to detect and block bot traffic.
7.2 Reikwijdte van dit addendum
This Turnstile Addendum is supplemental to Cloudflare's main Privacy Policy. It provides additional information specific to your use and interaction with Turnstile. This Addendum also applies to personal data processed using Cloudflare's Challenge Platform, and any reference to Turnstile in this addendum applies equally to the Challenge Platform.
Cloudflare's main Privacy Policy continues to apply, except where this Addendum provides more specific information. In those cases, this Addendum applies.
7.3 Welke informatie wordt verzameld
Cloudflare Turnstile processes client-side signals (Signals), such as client IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header, sitekey, and associated origin. Cloudflare states that it cannot directly identify individuals from these Signals, including IP addresses.
7.4 Hoe deze informatie wordt gebruikt
(i) Bot detection and blocking: Signals are processed to distinguish human users from bots and block malicious bot traffic. The purpose is website security, not identifying, profiling, or targeting individuals.
For this purpose, Cloudflare acts as a data processor on behalf of website operators, who are the data controllers.
(ii) Improving Turnstile detection: Cloudflare also processes Signals to improve bot detection capabilities and respond to evolving threats. For this purpose, Cloudflare acts as a data controller.
7.5 Kennisgeving voor inwoners van de EU en het VK
Where Turnstile data qualifies as personal data, website operators determine the lawful basis when Cloudflare acts as processor. When Cloudflare acts as controller for product improvement, Cloudflare relies on legitimate interests.
7.6 Cookies
Turnstile Signals are described as strictly necessary for detecting and blocking bots so visitors can access websites in a safe and secure way.
